Any product returned that appears “worn” (such as a t-shirt that has been washed or has your dog’s puke on it), is missing hang tags, or is not in its original packaging will not be granted either a refund or exchange. The appearance of “worn” is at the discretion and mercy of Ski The East’s Eagle Eye™.

Bulked up at the gym a little more than you thought? That tee color not blending well with your mullet? No problemo. Returned items may be easily exchanged for the same item in a different size or color, or another product that’s of equal or lesser price.
Fast Exchange (Recommended)
• We sell out of sizes/styles pretty fast so the easiest way to guarantee you receive what you want is to initiate a return online and request a refund instead of an exchange.
Slightly Less-Than-Fast Exchange
• Initiate a return online and request an exchange that includes a note of what you would like us to send back to you. Be sure to check if that new item/color/size is in stock before submitting your online exchange request. If you'd like an item of lesser value, then we will gladly refund the difference. If you'd like an item of greater value, unfortunately we cannot place additional charges on an existing order. If this is your preference, please use our "Fast Exchange" method (see left).

As of now, unfortunately pre-paid return shipping labels are not available for international orders due to the high shipping costs. We apologize for the inconvenience. However, the shipment of the new exchanged item shipped back to you will be FREE. For our international policies, CLICK HERE
We try our best to ensure quality control and safe passage for all our products. If you received a product that is damaged upon receipt, first of all, major bummer, and we sincerely apologize. If you received a product that is not what you ordered, again our apologies. We still hand pack orders in Vermont via humans rather than robots, and humans make mistakes.
Please initiate your free return HERE and request a refund. Once we receive the return, the cost of the item AND the initial shipping cost will be refunded back to your card. Free shipping is the least we can do for the inconvenience to you!
You can immediately go back to our online store and purchase the item again. You will pay for shipping upon checkout, but we will quickly locate your new order in our system and refund the full cost of shipping back to your credit card. So yea, that's 3 shipping charges on us, and we're more than happy to cover those to make up for our mistake.
If we don't see your new replacement order come through within a few days, then we'll email you over a free shipping promo code to use on a future purchase.
Once every few Nor'Easter storms there is someone unlucky enough to have received an order that is missing an item. Consider yourself the unlucky recipient of this extremely rare package, and our sincerest apologies.
