Exchange & Return Policy

If you are in any way unsatisfied with any product purchased on the Ski The East Store you can return the unopened or unworn product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange. Any product returned that has been "opened" (such as a t-shit or hat with no hang tag) or appears "worn" (such as a t-shirt that has been washed or is dirty) will not be granted either a refund or exchange. The appearance of "opened" and "worn" are at the discretion of Ski The East.

I WANT...

An Exchange:
Returned items may be easily exchanged for the same item in a different size or color, or an another product that's of equal price. If you'd like an item(s) of a lesser or greater price, please specify and we'll proceed with either refunding your credit card or charging it for the difference. You are responsible for shipment costs incurred when returning the product to Ski The East. We will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you. You're worth it. And you're welcome!

Please include your original invoice with handwritten instructions of what item(s) you'd like to exchange, what new items you'd prefer, and a reason for your exchange. If you no longer have the original invoice, you can print out a copy from the automated email you received with your initial purchase, or just include a note with instructions.

If you're unable to send your paper invoice due to time constraints, please include your handwritten name, shipping address, phone number, email address. Extra points for good penmanship!

A Return:
Returns must be made within 30 days from the day you receive your order. If items are received past 30 days, a restocking fee of 10% will be issued. Initial shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded with returns. You are responsible for any shipment costs incurred while returning products to Ski The East. Your money will be refunded directly to the credit card that was used for your purchase.

A Return of Damaged Goods:
If you received a product that is damaged upon receipt, first of all, bummer, and we sincerely apologize for that situation. We'll gladly exchange the product. In the rare case it's an item that has become out of stock, we'll offer an exchange for any other store item of equal or lesser amount, or issue a full refund.

A Return of Incorrect Goods:
If you received a product that is not what you ordered (style, color, or size), or you're missing an item from your order, our bad. We're only human and do make mistakes from time to time, so we appreciate your understanding. If you received someone else's order completely, again, our bad. In either case, we will gladly replace the product with the correct one, or send the missing item. In the rare case it's an item that has become out of stock, we'll offer an exchange for any other store item of equal or lesser amount, or a issue a full refund.
