After an order is placed, it will ship from Massachusetts (excluding weekends).

All orders $99+ qualify for FREE shipping within the USA and are sent via USPS Priority Mail (see below for International Orders).

Orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS. The following options are available at checkout for USA shipments depending on your order weight:

USPS Priority Mail (over 15 oz.)
FREE SHIPPING via USPS Priority Mail (for orders $99+ within USA)
USPS First Class (less than 15 oz.)
UPS Ground
Flat Rate Sticker Shipping

Tracking information will be emailed for all shipments (except if you ordered only stickers). You will receive an automated email with a tracking number once your shipping label has been created. Please let us know if you do not for some reason... typically it means that you have entered an incorrect email address during checkout.

For USPS shipments...
What weighs over 15 ounces?
      • 1 sweatshirt
      • 3 t-shirts
      • 1 pint glass
What weighs under 15 ounces?
      • 2 t-shirts
      • 1 hat
      • 1 shot glass

If you order 6 or less Sticker Packs only, the checkout will automatically switch your shipping cost to a flat rate of $3. This makes small quantities of stickers more affordable. Sweet.

Absolutely. To ensure maximum security, the Ski The East Store uses a 128 bit SSL certificate, the same encryption device that many online banks use. We do not store credit card data. Your billing information is only used to complete your most recent purchase. For further assurance, you will notice an “s” added to the beginning of the web address (“https://”) from the moment you click the “checkout" button (regardless of whether or not you follow through with your purchase). This signifies that you are browsing on a secure platform.
